About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) with excellent project management skills to assist a U.S.-based client. This position demands superior administrative capabilities, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and outstanding communication skills. You will oversee projects, manage client interactions, and handle essential operational tasks to ensure seamless business operations.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management – Supervise and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are smooth.

Client Interaction – Maintain professional communication through phone, messaging, and email.

Social Media Management – Create and schedule visually appealing content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Outbound Sales Calls – Reach out to potential clients, engage leads, and follow up to promote business growth.

Strict Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Virtual Assistant Experience – Minimum of 2 years in a VA or administrative support role with project management duties.

Strong Project Management Skills – Capable of organizing, planning, and tracking multiple projects efficiently.

Excellent English Proficiency – Both written and verbal, with clear and professional communication.

Clear & Professional Accent – Must be confident in interacting with U.S. clients.

Detail-Oriented & Highly Organized – Strong ability to manage deadlines and execute tasks with precision.

Proficiency in Productivity & Project Management Tools – Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, or similar software.

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems, collaboration tools, and social media platforms.

Zoho CRM Experience – Preferred.

Sales & Client Engagement Confidence – Comfortable with outbound sales calls and lead follow-ups.

Flexible Schedule – Must be available to work during EST business hours.
