About the Role
NextSphere is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to become part of our energetic team as an independent contractor. In this remote position, you will collaborate with clients located in Israel, helping to improve and maintain their Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and aiding their digital transformation. As an independent contractor, you will handle your own taxes and will not receive company benefits. This is a full-time, remote job offering flexibility.
What You'll Be Doing
Create and tailor Salesforce applications to satisfy the specific business needs of our clients.
Design, construct, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, such as custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
Work with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and convert them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Identify and fix Salesforce-related problems, ensuring the platform's stability and performance.
Apply best practices for Salesforce development, including code versioning, testing, and deployment.
Keep abreast of the newest Salesforce technologies, features, and trends to continuously improve our platform.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Over 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce-specific technologies.
Strong grasp of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and test-driven development practices.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
