Job Description:
Nextsphere is seeking a Zoho Project Manager to lead and optimize project management workflows using Zoho Projects and other Zoho applications. As Nextsphere has partnered with clients who are official Zoho Partners, this role will require expertise in managing and integrating Zoho tools to streamline operations and enhance project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, automation, and collaboration within Zoho's ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Zoho Projects to meet client and internal business needs.
Manage project lifecycles, resources, and deliverables within Zoho's project management ecosystem.
Automate workflows and integrate Zoho Projects with other Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, etc.).
Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to track project progress and team productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and official Zoho partners to optimize project execution.
Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and recommend best practices.
Train internal teams and clients on effective Zoho Project Management strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Zoho security standards.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in project management, with expertise in Zoho Projects or other Zoho applications.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, and Zoho's automation tools.
Experience integrating Zoho with third-party applications.
Ability to configure workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho.
Project Management Skills: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage projects for clients who are official Zoho partners.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Zoho certifications (Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, etc.) are a plus.
Experience in SaaS, IT, or BPO industries is an advantage.
