Job Description:

The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and securing new clients to drive business growth. This role requires an individual who is proactive, has a keen understanding of sales strategies, and is able to build strong, long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in market research, prospecting, and the development of tailored strategies to engage potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through targeted market research, outreach, and networking.

  • Client Acquisition: Engage and negotiate with potential clients to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with company goals and client needs.

  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.

  • Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and client requirements.

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on client acquisition progress, sales performance, and market conditions.


Job Requirements:

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing are a plus.


Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales in E-commerce

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
